BlackBerry Repair Service
We offer a BlackBerry repair service, helping you fix your BlackBerry woes. We can repair broken/cracked screens, liquid damage, trackpad/trackball faults, etc. All BlackBerry models accepted, as long as parts are available. We can also carry out housing/fascia changes for when you want to give a BlackBerry a new facelift and customise it to your favourite colour.
How it works
Get in touch with us via the Contact Us page letting us know the problem with your device. We will reply to you as soon as we can letting you know what will do next. If you accept the terms you would then send the faulty device to us and we will get if fixed for you. No payment is needed until we have fixed the device. We will regularly send emails to you keeping you up-to-date with the progress of your device, this will often include pictures to show the faults found, if any.
Once your BlackBerry has been repaired you will receive an email invoice. When a payment has been made, we will the post your device back to you through Royal Mail's special delivery service, ensuring your BlackBerry gets back to you safely. The postage price will be included in the invoice your receive.
